The Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon I Field is a break-action over/under shotgun chambered in 12 Gauge with 26-inch Steelium® barrels, a 3-inch chamber, and a two-round capacity. Part of Beretta's renowned 686 Series, this model combines traditional craftsmanship with modern barrel technology and is designed for upland hunting, sporting clays, and recreational shooting.
The shotgun features a blued receiver with enriched floral laser engraving and a Grade 2 oil-finished walnut stock. The 2024 Silver Pigeon I incorporates an updated top lever mechanism for smoother opening and closing, along with Beretta's Steelium® Optimabore® HP barrel system for consistent shot patterns with lead, steel, and high-performance steel ammunition. A ventilated 6mm x 6mm rib and metal bead front sight provide a traditional sighting arrangement.
The shotgun utilizes the Optima-Choke HP interchangeable choke system and includes five choke tubes to accommodate a variety of shooting applications. Additional features include an automatic safety, polished stainless-steel trigger, Extralight® recoil pad, and a 14.38-inch length of pull.
