Each batch begins with urine collected from individual does in the Lip Curl whitetail herd. The urine is individually evaluated with a digital estrogen tester before being absorbed into the scent beads. Choice Estrous represents a mid-grade estrous level leading toward peak receptiveness, making it useful as deer transition from early-season patterns into the rut.
Unlike liquid scent, the beads are easy to place without spilling and release their scent gradually over time. Pour them into a scrape, place them beneath a licking branch, add them to a drag bag, or use them near a trail camera to monitor deer activity.
The 3-ounce glass jar allows the product to be divided across multiple applications. Use approximately one-third of the jar initially, then reserve the remaining beads to refresh the scrape or establish another scent location.
