Chambered in .357 Magnum and capable of firing .38 Special ammunition, this six-shot revolver is an excellent choice for target shooting, collecting, and field use.

Its American-forged stainless-steel frame features a semi-bright finish, complemented by the Python’s distinctive ventilated-rib barrel and full-length underlug. The additional barrel length provides an extended sight radius and added forward weight to help manage recoil and muzzle movement.

Colt’s redesigned action uses a linear leaf spring to deliver a smooth, non-stacking double-action trigger pull and a crisp single-action break. A user-interchangeable red-ramp front sight and adjustable rear sight provide a clear, customizable sight picture.
