The barrel features a 1:16-inch right-hand twist optimized for .22 LR ammunition.
One of the standout features of the Compact model is its modular synthetic stock. Ruger includes two interchangeable comb modules—a standard low comb for use with iron sights and a raised comb for scoped shooting.
