The Colt Gold Cup Trophy O5072XEOR combines the precision-focused features of Colt’s legendary competition pistol with a factory optics-ready slide. Chambered in 9mm Luger, this full-size Government Model is equipped with a 5-inch National Match stainless-steel barrel and Colt’s Series 70 firing system for a clean, consistent single-action trigger pull.

The stainless-steel frame and serrated optics-ready slide offer excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Shooters can install a compatible red-dot sight or use the pistol’s adjustable iron sights, including a highly visible fiber-optic front sight.

Competition-focused enhancements include 25-LPI checkering on the frontstrap and mainspring housing, an extended magazine well and an adjustable aluminum trigger. Scalloped blue G10 grips, an extended thumb safety and an upswept beavertail grip safety provide secure, comfortable control during extended range sessions and competitive shooting.
