The Galco DAO (Dual Action Outdoorsman) is a field holster for double-action revolvers that can be worn strong side or crossdraw. A retention strap with a large polymer tab is easy to snap and unsnap even with gloves, and a tension screw allows the fit to be adjusted to the revolver. Constructed of premium steerhide, the DAO fits belts up to 1.75" and is a dependable choice for hunting or carry in bear country.
Documented fits include: Ruger Redhawk (5.5").
