The Galco Optic Solution is a shoulder holster system built for pistols with most carry-style red dot optics, open or closed emitter, descended from Galco's Jackass and Miami Classic rigs. The holster adjusts from muzzle-up diagonal to true horizontal carry, and the thumb break uses a scalloped polymer release; on 1911 fits a deactivation block engages the thumb safety for cocked-and-locked carry. The full-grain leather harness rides on Galco's Flexalon swivel plate with 1.5" shoulder straps, and the open-front horizontal carrier holds two spare magazines with adjustable tension.
Documented fits include: 3.5" 1911 pistols, with or without a red dot.
