The Ruger PC Carbine Model 19116 is a state-compliant 9mm Luger semi-automatic carbine that combines Ruger's proven takedown design with a 16.12-inch fluted barrel, aluminum free-float M-LOK handguard, adjustable ghost-ring sights, and interchangeable magazine wells. Unlike the threaded versions, Model 19116 features a non-threaded fluted barrel while retaining the same modular features and 10-round capacity.
