The Ruger LC Carbine Model 19301 is the state-compliant 5.7x28mm version of Ruger’s lightweight LC Carbine platform. Unlike Models 19300 and 19302, this configuration specifically uses a non-threaded 16.25-inch barrel, fixed stock, and 10-round magazine to meet additional feature-based restrictions. Ruger identifies the exact configuration as Model 19301 / UPC 736676193011.

Chambered in 5.7x28mm, Model 19301 has a factory capacity of 10+1 rounds and uses the same steel magazine pattern as the Ruger-5.7 pistol. Ruger includes one 10-round Ruger-5.7 steel pistol magazine.

The most important SKU-specific distinction is its state-compliant configuration. Ruger explicitly states that Model 19301 features a non-threaded barrel, fixed stock, and 10-round magazine. This separates it from Model 19302, which is also 10+1 but retains the folding stock and threaded muzzle.

The carbine uses a 16.25-inch fluted, nitride-treated steel barrel with eight grooves and a 1:9" right-hand twist. The barrel is non-threaded, so there is no factory muzzle thread or thread protector on this configuration.

Ruger’s unique bolt-over-barrel architecture places the magazine in the grip, helping centralize the firearm’s mass and provide balanced handling. Despite its fixed-stock configuration, Model 19301 weighs only 5.9 pounds.

The stock is fixed with a 14-inch length of pull. Overall length is 30.60 inches. These dimensions are important when cataloging the 19301 because they differ from the adjustable-stock specifications of the standard LC Carbine models.

The receiver is constructed from aluminum alloy with a Type III hard-coat anodized finish. Its CNC-milled aluminum handguard also receives a Type III hard-coat anodized treatment and provides M-LOK accessory attachment slots along with multiple QD sling sockets.

For sights and optics, Ruger equips Model 19301 with adjustable Rapid Deploy folding sights. They are adjustable for windage and elevation, while a full-length Picatinny rail provides mounting space for compatible optics.

The LC Carbine incorporates Ruger’s Secure Action™ fire-control system, combining a protected internal hammer with a bladed-safety trigger. Controls include a 1911-style ambidextrous manual safety, reversible charging handle, ergonomic bolt release, and extended magazine release.

Ruger currently lists Model 19301 as Available with a suggested retail price of $1,039.00.
